We are sorry to announce the passing of Doug Pickens. We wish we had more information, and could use your help if you have any information! We need to verify the birthdate and the date of his passing. IF this is the correct birthday, then his Nebraska parents migrated to Los Angeles where he was born. They then came south to San Diego, where his father was a bank teller in San Diego, and then they moved to the La Mesa area. The research is scant, and we will keep trying to properly honor Doug with more information. Rest in Peace!
